Amber Hill Physical Therapy is looking for a Physical Therapist with a strong foundation in outpatient PT to join our growing team in New Market, MD. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of orthopedic conditions, enjoys working with patients of all ages, and takes pride in helping patients recover from injury or illness. We are looking for a creative, collaborative Physical Therapist who can work with other healthcare providers to provide the most comprehensive care for patients.

Compensation: $80,000

Education: postgraduate degree

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Maryland or eligible for licensure
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
  • Strong clinical reasoning and hands-on manual therapy skills
  • Ability to develop, implement, and progress individualized treatment plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based environment
  • Strong time management and documentation skills
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply

Skills:

  • Strong foundation in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy

  • Perform comprehensive initial evaluations and develop individualized plans of care

  • Maintain working knowledge of relevant medical conditions and treatment approaches
  • Utilize a variety of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities
  • Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately and timely
