Our Team

Lynn brings 25 years of experience as a physical therapist with specialized expertise in pelvic floor rehabilitation for adult patients of all genders. She has extensive experience treating pelvic pain, urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, bowel dysfunction including dyssynergic defecation, colorectal-related conditions, pregnancy-related and postpartum pelvic floor concerns, and post-surgical cases, including gender-affirming procedures. In addition to pelvic floor therapy, Lynn treats general orthopedic conditions and incorporates techniques such as myofascial release and muscle energy techniques as appropriate.

Lynn grew up in Frederick County and is a local Jefferson resident, where she lives with her partner, Dan (“Duck”), along with their cat, Avery, and bulldog, Taxi. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, participating in Frederick Social Sports darts and bocce leagues, hiking, cycling the C&O Canal towpath, and reading thrillers and mysteries.
