AHTC is a physical therapist and majority women-owned private practice with convenient locations in Frederick, Damascus, Jefferson, Thurmont, Monrovia, and New Market, MD areas. The practice is owned and operated by Dr. Kathleen Kober, Dr. Kelly Reichenbaugh, Jessica Reed, MBA and Dr. Donald Novak. Donald Novak has owned and operated the practice since 2000 with Kathleen, Kelly and Jessica joining the ownership team in 2015.
Our experienced therapists are all members of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the American Occupational Therapy Association. Several of our therapists also belong to the Oncology, Neurology and/or Orthopedic sections of the APTA.
