Amber Hill Physical Therapy is looking for a Physical Therapist with a strong foundation in outpatient PT to join our growing team in New Market, MD. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of orthopedic conditions, enjoys working with patients of all ages, and takes pride in helping patients recover from injury or illness. We are looking for a creative, collaborative Physical Therapist who can work with other healthcare providers to provide the most comprehensive care for patients.
Compensation: $80,000

Education: postgraduate degree
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Maryland or eligible for licensure
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Strong clinical reasoning and hands-on manual therapy skills
- Ability to develop, implement, and progress individualized treatment plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based environment
- Strong time management and documentation skills

Skills:
- Strong foundation in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy

Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive initial evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
- Educate patients on their condition, treatment plan, and rehabilitation prognosis
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy services
- Maintain working knowledge of relevant medical conditions and treatment approaches
- Utilize a variety of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities
- Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately and timely
