Dr. Scott Quackenbush
(PT, DPT)
Scott Quackenbush has a Bachelor of Science in Biology degree from SUNY Buffalo with a concentration in genetics and physiology, a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Deamen College and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Shenadoah University.
He has three years working in skilled nursing facility and acute rehabilitation settings, eight years in acute care inpatient and outpatient hospital settings and has worked for Amber Hill for over 16 years in their outpatient orthopedic clinics.
Scott is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, national and Maryland chapter, orthopedic section.
When he is not working he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters along with gardening, skiing, fishing, target shooting, woodworking and tinkering.
Scott first became interested in physical therapy through his strong interest in science, the medical field and weight lifting.
He also enjoyed the idea of being able to help people recover from injuries and return to active activities.
